Cancellation Policy

All guide trips require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due the day of the guide trip. Waide on the Water Guide Service is happy to accept most major credit cards, cash or checks for payment of services. Any trip canceled due to weather is at the guide’s discretion, and the deposit will be credited towards a future date within a year of the original booking date. Cancellations made 21 days or more from the date of the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 21 days from the trip will have the deposit credited towards a future date within a year of the original booking date. Any cancellation less than 7 days from the trip date will require payment in full.

Inclement Weather Policy

Waide on the Water strives to make safety a priority on all guide trips. In cases where extreme or inclement weather threatens the safety of those involved or results in poor fishing conditions, the guide has the discretion to cancel or end a guide trip before the allotted time. These cancellations will result in an appropriate credit to be applied towards future bookings within a year of the original booking date.

Alcohol Policy

There is not much better than enjoying a cold beer at lunch on the river, or capping the day off with your favorite beverage during the final push to the ramp. However, heavy drinking during your trip is STRONGLY discouraged and no refund will be issued if the day must be cut short due to safety concerns resulting from over-indulgence.
